Air quality today

The air quality in Guanshan is currently classified as Good. The main pollutant identified is PM2.5, fine particulate matter that is being monitored alongside PM10.

Measurements show a PM2.5 reference value of 7.0 and a PM10 reference value of 9.0 based on six valid observations recorded by OpenAQ. This page is informational; for health guidance, use official sources such as EPA AirNow or WHO.

What the data includes

Guanshan’s OpenAQ feed currently includes six measured pollutants: carbon monoxide (CO), nitrogen dioxide (NO₂, reported as NO2), ozone (O₃, reported as O3), particulate matter 10 µm or less (PM10), particulate matter 2.5 µm or less (PM2.5, reported as PM25) and sulfur dioxide (SO₂). All of these values come from a single monitoring station in the county‑level location “臺東縣 - 關山”, so the dataset contains one row per pollutant.

The most recent observations for every pollutant were recorded on 2026-02-10 at 23:00 UTC, meaning the data are all fresh within the past seven days. Each pollutant shows a single reported value with no variation across the limited sample: CO is consistently 0.14 ppm, NO₂ stays at 0.002 ppm, O₃ at 0.013 ppm, PM10 at 9.0 µg/m³, PM2.5 at 7.0 µg/m³ and SO₂ at 0.0015 ppm. Because there is only one measurement per pollutant, the minimum, median, maximum, 10th‑percentile and 90th‑percentile statistics are identical.

With just one station contributing data, coverage across Guanshan is very narrow; any spatial differences in air quality within the city cannot be captured by this dataset. The uniform timestamps also indicate that all pollutants were logged at the same moment, so there is no staggered or older reporting to suggest gaps over time. Consequently, while the dataset provides a snapshot of six key pollutants for Guanshan, it does not reflect variability across locations or longer periods.

Data notes

The data shown reflects six valid measurements and was refreshed recently, with the latest update recorded on 2026‑02‑10 at 23:00 UTC; it is considered “Updated within 3 days.” This snapshot provides a brief view of current conditions, but air quality can differ across neighborhoods and change throughout the day, so values may not represent every location or moment in Guanshan.
