What the data includes

The Vancouver, Washington air‑quality dataset currently contains seven measured pollutants: ozone (O₃), fine particulate matter (PM2.5), coarse particles (PM10), ultrafine particles (PM1), relative humidity, temperature and particle count (UM003). These values come from a total of 22 rows across six monitoring stations, but the distribution is uneven. All three PM‑related metrics (PM2.5, PM1 and PM10) are reported from the Westridge Camas site, while ozone is only available from Vancouver‑Blairmont. The most recent readings were uploaded on 2026‑02‑11 00:00 UTC for five of the pollutants; the oldest timestamp in the set is 2025‑01‑13 23:00 UTC for PM10, and ozone’s last update dates back to 2025‑10‑06 20:00 UTC.

Across the recent data the observed ranges are modest. PM2.5 values span from a low of 0.019 µg/m³ up to 32.37 µg/m³, with a median near 0.85 µg/m³, indicating that most measurements cluster at the lower end while occasional higher spikes occur. PM1 shows a similar pattern, ranging between 0.003 and 20.14 µg/m³ with a median of 0.16 µg/m³. In contrast, PM10 values are tightly grouped between 21.48 and 26.05 µg/m³, median 22.87 µg/m³, reflecting less variability at this site. Relative humidity varies from about 35.6 % to 56.8 %, median 37.9 %; temperature records span 3.35 °C to 16.29 °C, median 14.19 °C; and particle count (UM003) ranges from roughly 112 to 2 641 particles/cm³, median 116.8.

Because ozone data are older and limited to a single station, the picture of this pollutant is less current than for the other metrics. Overall, while most pollutants have fresh observations within the past month, coverage gaps and older timestamps mean that conditions can differ across neighborhoods and times, and the dataset does not capture every location in Vancouver continuously.

Data notes

The current dataset for Vancouver, WA includes 18 valid measurements and is marked as Updated today (last refreshed at 2026‑02‑11T00:00:00+00:00). These values represent the most recent observations available from our monitoring network. Keep in mind that air quality can differ across neighborhoods and change throughout the day, so this snapshot may not reflect conditions everywhere or at every moment in the city.
